Municipal Sewage Enforcement

Our licensed sewage enforcement officers (SEO) are responsible for oversight of all on-lot sewage activity within a municipality. The SEOs conduct soils testing, review on-lot sewage system designs, issue sewage permits, and inspect installation of on-lot sewage systems. Another role of the SEO is investigation of potential malfunctions and ensuring remedial action is taken when necessary to abate the nuisance.
